There's nothing like a good networking event. This past Wed I was honored to have been invited to an exclusive presentation for Designers Charles Lynch and Sergio Hudson. The presentation was amazing, it was awesome to see how far these two designers have come. I've known both since college and I always knew these gentleman had something special.
Bond chic the collection from Charles Lynch was something that was extremely elegant yet had an edge, The bright colors were strong and bold, yet the fabric selections were feminine and sexy. it was a great way to mix soft and hard without it being so obvious.
As Mr Hudson's pieces came down the runway, the very first thought was "oh my what construction. It was as if each piece was made onto the Models body. Sergio's collection was fun, playful, yet innovative and extreme.
The thing I enjoyed about both designers was that they gave two totally different points of view. They both said, Sexy, High Fashion, and innovative in different ways.
I've always said that Atlanta is full of Talented designers. Gone are the days of thinking High Fashion only exist in New York or Europe. Atlanta is definitely making a name for itself in the Fashion world. And Wed night proved this to be true.
