One of my favorite Irrelevant Celebs is Cassie. She has absolutely no talent whatsoever, But she always Looks amazing on every red carpet and event she attends, and for that she gets much respect from me. Most recently she was spotted in Paris for fashion week, looking very SHIQ. I love this look because it's simple and fun. I can respect when a celeb can be bold and different without looking like they're going to a circus...
